We volgden de prestaties van de koeien nauwlettend en pasten het dieet aan waar nodig. Na \u00e9\u00e9n jaar werd alle ingevoerde soja vervangen door koolzaad, dat nu 2,9% van het voederrantsoen uitmaakt. De melkgift steeg van 29 kg tot 31,5 kg FPCM\/dag\/koe en het eiwitgehalte in de melk steeg met 0,15%. Het gebruik van soja op de boerderij kan worden vervangen door een nieuwe samenstelling van het dieet, nauwgezette monitoring en het gebruik van een geschikte alternatieve eiwitbron.
