class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-did-we-solve-this\">Wie haben wir das gel\u00f6st?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Herstellung und Verarbeitung von nicht geforstetem und gentechnikfreiem Sojaschrot in landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben hat das Potenzial, die Produktionskosten und den CO\u2082-Fu\u00dfabdruck der Betriebe zu verringern und gleichzeitig die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit zu verbessern.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung dieses Projekts wurden zun\u00e4chst geeignete Sojasorten und Fruchtfolgepl\u00e4ne auf der Grundlage der \u00f6rtlichen Bedingungen f\u00fcr die drei Pilotbetriebe ausgew\u00e4hlt. Diese Betriebe kauften dann gemeinsam einen Extruder, um Soja nach der Ernte zu verarbeiten, und arbeiteten mit den Abnehmern zusammen, um das geerntete \u00d6l zu gewinnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemeinsam mit Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaftlern schlugen wir eine neue ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung mit Raps- oder Sonnenblumenkuchen vor. Infolgedessen verwendeten die Betriebe kein nicht-r\u00fcckverfolgbares Soja in den Rationen der K\u00fche. Das im Betrieb erzeugte Soja hatte einen Proteingehalt von 44 %, und der Ertrag lag bei durchschnittlich 3 t\/ha.
